18. Does dieting help you to eat more healthily?

This week I had a thought - people say that dieting has helped them to come off medication, BUT has it helped them learn how to eat more healthily? I look at shakes diets, calorie counting, macro counting, group slimming clubs, and Noom, and give my opinion on whether or not they help people learn how to eat more healthily.
I also tell you about the best lunch yet, and this week I had a real personal win when I went to a wedding reception.
This week's listener question is "why is it easier to eat more healthily in summer?". Great question. There's more to it than you think.
