Finding clarity of mind in this hectic world we live in can be challenging. Here we access our third eye chakra in order to find space and clarity so that we can make decisions from our inner wisdom and not just our overworked and busy brains.
I love the image of our minds being a river - when the river is fast and turbulent then the sediment of thoughts makes the water cloudy but when we can slow that river - with meditation - the thoughts can sink to the bottom and the water will become clear... This is how we find clarity in today's meditation.
Like all the meditations that I create, I want you to take them into your own practice, make them longer and deeper and more personal. This is the way to make progress and to really gain the many benefits of meditation.
