Hello, you’re listening to High Blood Pressure Wellness Lifestyle Podcast with Donna Williams. Today I have a special guest, Sydney Torres, she is a former certified nursing assistant of six years. Sydney went from working in the ER, ICU, and Med-Surg to starting her own virtual health clinic, Balance Health Now. After dealing with her own health challenges, and hearing countless times, "everything is normal” she realized there was a better way to approach chronic health conditions.

Sydney is now a certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Certified Bloodwork Specialist she helps people with unresolved chronic health complaints use those so called "normal" labs as a personal road map to regain health and vitality.
She is the host of the podcast, Balance Health Now and is one of the co-authors of the book "Healing Beyond The Diagnosis, which reached the international best sellers list. What a great accomplishment.
I want you to think of her as a health detective finding the underlying root causes of what’s going on within your body. No longer is she willing to accept there is nothing wrong with you, you’re fine. She is here to advocate for you and your well-being.
