Women in Dr. Lisa's program often share the inner thoughts that keep them stuck when they're trying to lose weight. Thoughts similar to those we may have had as toddlers...It's not fair! I want that!
If you have thoughts like that, you're not broken in any way, you're simply HUMAN. We can normalize these thoughts, while gently redirecting ourselves towards thoughts that reduce our suffering and create options. Sometimes a mindset shift is all it takes to stop the micro-quits that derail us from our wellness goals.
