It's safe to say this is one of my favourite episodes yet - Dr. Nick prior, founder of minderful.com came on to break down what a mental fitness routine is, and how to build one too. I'm a huge fan of looking at your mind in this way; you'd build a fitness routine for the muscles in your body, so why not treat your mind in the same way?
