“All or Nothing”. “Perfectionist” & women “Hard on Themsevles”. All these qualities are rooted in the same mindset.

A perfectionist is defined as, someone who strives to be perfect.

They do not give up when they don’t know, when they fall short, when they need help.

They do not stop what they start. NOT because they can’t stop but, because they only start what they truly want to finish.

A true perfectionst is inspired by failure & spend 90% of their life chasing perfection knowing they will never be perfect.

On this podcast I’m talking about what these mindsets really mean & how you can use these amazing qualities to reach every goal you set.
