I met Ryane a couple of years ago while we were dancing our booties off at 305 Fitness (aka Church). On this episode, she shares her story as a dancer and someone who consistently sought happiness from the external - her body, men, alcohol... And how this chapter of her life is totally different. After hitting a couple of rock bottoms, Ryane recently made the decision to get sober and seek self love from the inside.
