She has an events company called Free to Be Me with a retreat happening in April. She is also a new mom that manages food allergies herself as an adult since childhood.
We will talk to Amanda today about her life experience growing up into adulthood managing food allergies for herself, including what it’s like to date, be married and also manage pregnancy all while also managing anaphylactic food allergies as well as eczema. As well as discuss her cookbooks and the retreat coming up in April!
