What an episode. I realised about 20 minutes of chatting to Jenn that I wanted to work with her so immediately signed up to her Midlife Feast Community.
Dr Jenn Salib Huber is a Canadian registered dietitian, naturopathic doctor and fellow Intuitive Eating Coach.
She is on a mission to help women thrive in midlife by helping them navigate the physical and emotional changes that happen in menopause and perimenopause.
She is passionate about women finding food freedom and body confidence.
We chatted about the following topics which may interest you if you're approaching or in the throes of peri menopause:
Why do we gain weight in peri-menopause?
Is fasting a good way to tackle hot flushes and body changes?
How we can shift our mindset towards our ever changing bodies?
Is HRT as beneficial as we are being told in the media?
If HRT didn't work for us, what are our options?
Can we still have coffee? ( I mean that's a non negotiable for me;))
What about alcohol?
We discuss these topics and much much more and hope that our conversation helps even one person to know that they're not alone and that there is support out there.
