If you’ve ever felt tension, pain or discomfort that didn’t seem to have a clear cause, this episode is for you. Pause and ask yourself: Where do I feel this in my body? Could this be connected to an emotion I haven’t fully processed? If this sensation had a message for me, what would it say? Allow yourself to release. If you feel emotions rise, let them. You might cry, sigh or feel a shift in your body. End with gentle movement - roll your shoulders, stretch or shake out any lingering tension. Write about what came up for you. Did you notice any patterns? Any past experiences resurfacing?
