Slimming is hard. It takes discipline, commitment, and drive. So imagine how much of those things you have to have in order to lose half of your body weight.

This year has been challenging for everyone. Many have gained weight due to the disruption and stress of being in quarantine. You may have heard of macronutrients and counting them, but if, like so many others, you were confused by it all, look no further. Eve Guzman is here to help.

An internationally-acclaimed nutritionist, business coach, public speaker, and People Magazine's ‘Half Their Size’ ambassador, Eve has lost over 150 pounds through exercise and her macro nutrition philosophy. Going from obese to a nationally-qualified figure competitor, Eve is the founder of the G-Transformation Academy, which aims to help women ditch fad diets and lose weight without feeling restricted. She also runs The Macro Mentorship Program, designed to teach personal trainers and health coaches how to grow their business and maximize their clients' results.

Eve explains where everyone should start when losing weight, the positives and negatives of using a scale, and her thoughts on various diets. She then dives deep into macros: what they are, how they contribute to weight loss, how to track them, reading nutrition labels, and more.
