Hello Beautiful People!
In today's episode, I share where I am at in my journey. It's been very emotional, but I'm learning to pause and do body scans to let it come out to feel a true way.
What comes up:
"Heaviness in my chest"
"My shoulders get extremely tense"
"My Neck gets very tense"
Noticing all of this, I realize I've carried so much weight in just a short lifespan. I am encouraged by lifting all of this and feeling that ill get confidence in moving forward in a real way.
Embracing this journey is challenging and exhausting in so many ways, so I am sharing where I am at in the journey and still going to keep moving forward! I hope this resonates with someone, thank you!
P.S. I recognize that my work in this healing work is for my personal healing, but also that of others as well.
