The Rebirth of Mise En Place 5 - Plating We have come full circle, everything coming back to the beginning, you’re tasting with imagination, you went through the process and now you're tasting it in reality. Full circle from beginning to end and all the steps that were involved standing in confidence. You create in reality what you imagined. Get it as close to what you thought it would be. Now we are plating our creation, create something pleasing to the eye as well as smells good. All in a frame pleasing to the eyes and taste-buds. We touch on people who are on the spectrum and how you can create a presentation for their benefit. Now coming to the point you are making and presenting dinner.
