In this episode, TJ discusses his experience with Bipolar Disorder, drug and alcohol addiction then food addiction. He talks about having an addictive personality and how you can overcome one addiction and you often just trade it for another but that you can choose healthier options.
He talks about the fear and stigma of opening up about his mental illness, the fear of people shutting him out, not having friends and how he came to embrace opening up about it in hopes people wouldn't feel alone.
