On this episode of Food Allergy Talk, I welcome Lindsay Stippich, well-known and loved on social media as Allergy Friendly Mama. Lindsay is a food allergy mama that loves to help other moms on similar journeys.
Her daughter Emma is allergic to peanuts, dairy and tree nuts. Emma was diagnosed when she was just a baby. They found out as soon as they started feeding her solids.
If you happen upon Lindsay’s social media or website you will find an authentic, down to earth and fun side to food allergies in a relatable way talking about the good, the bad and the ugly. She also shares tons of food allergy friendly finds.
Today we will talk with Lindsay about her family’s journey with food allergies, what inspired her to become an advocate in the community, some of her favorite food allergy friendly finds, how they navigate social situations and school, and more!
