How much do you really think about aging, and what it means for your body, and particularly for your hormones?

I think so often we take it for granted that we’re getting older, but don’t always realize how much we can do to make this midlife phase life easier, healthier, and more comfortable as we go through the inevitable changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.

But there actually is a LOT we can do, not just to improve our quality of life right now, but to keep our body strong and healthy for the next several decades.

And that’s exactly what we’ll be talking about today, with our special guest, hormone expert Nicki Williams.
