When I got divorced, I realized that I had become disconnected from my support network. Intentionally building a community of support around me is one of the ways I healed. A large part of my mission is to create empowering communities for women to feel supported, encouraged and uplifted. In this solo episode I share how community helped me heal from divorce, the different types of community we need, and how to create a community of support for yourself.
