Many would be envious of Brooklynn’s early life. Beautiful, intelligent, and popular, Brooklynn seemed to be on top of the world and on a path to success. Her family owned a local treasure, The Beauty and the Book. From her earliest recollection, all Brooklynn wanted to do was to work alongside her family in the one-of-a-kind combination bookstore and hair salon. But as is often the case, life had other plans for Brooklynn.
Unbeknownst to her, a series of challenges and heartaches were looming on the horizon. As a result, Brooklynn knows firsthand just how intertwined and closely aligned our physical and emotional well-being are. In this conversation, Brooklynn gives us a sneak peek of her life and mission.
