When Ulla told Gladys this episode was in part about how people don't sleep enough, Gladys was all over it as her mom was a perfect example of what happens when you barely rest...you RIP! ☠️
But more often than not, it's not a physical death you experience. It's the slow death of any joy or fun in life as you race through each day on an empty tank of emotions and become more fragmented from your amazingly magical self.
Your nervous system is begging you for a chance to rest and reset so it can get out of the constant fight or flight mode. And we're giving you a ridiculously simple way to make this happen without freaking yourself out about another thing to do in your hectic life.
