Although I am a believer in the miracles of western medicine when needed, I deeply feel like it should be the last resort since there is SO much we can do to heal ourselves naturally through holistic practices that protect our hormones and function and also to ensure we have done the work so that if we NEED pharmaceuticals, we have done the work to have a solid foundation so that our body can receive them and use them and heal from them…we don’t get something for nothing right?
