Anxiety comes in many forms and can debilitating and crippling for those living with it.

For Lisa, her social anxiety came on in her late teens and flipped her world upside down.

In her early 30’s it became much harder to deal with as the stresses of her job began to take a huge toll on her mental health. It was at this point she knew something had to change for things to get better.

Changing your normal can be hard but staying in the same miserable place is harder. Lisa shares the steps she took to improve her mental health and how you can too.
