She is a nationally board certified integrative nurse coach and works one on one with individuals who are motivated to reach their potential and heal mind, body, and soul. In addition, She is experienced in sound healing, gut microbiome healing, mindset and breath work coaching, reiki energy healing, and guided meditation.
