Whether in life or in business, there are seasons of quiet and there are seasons of busyness. When shit gets hectic, feelings of resentment start to build and burnout starts to loom closer and closer. You can’t always force your life to be “less busy” so how can you manage the feelings of burnout, so that you can live your own life without hating every single second of it? It’s #TheBestLife, not #TheBurntOut life, and we want to feel exited and refreshed to start our days. While life may not ever be perfect, there are a few tools we can use to deal with the stress and minimize feelings of burnout.
