Kate Evans is a decluttering coach who uses her twenty years of experience as a psychologist to help women overcome their mental and emotional barriers to decluttering and create a life and home they love. Kate empowers her clients to live a holistic life and stresses that caring for your home is self-care. In 2018 Kate decluttered her own home after having worked on her own mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual journey. This was how she began to see the connection between the health of her home and her own health. Kate's coaching business Soulful Space was created to help other women feel the way she did during her own decluttering journey.
