In this episode, we welcome Coaching Educator, J3U Founder, and IFBB Pro John Jewett. John explains more about powerlifting, how we can use powerlifting teachings in bodybuilding, and how to know which strategies/exercises work best for your body type in order to get some serious gains.

We also debate the differences between an individual who just started training and someone who is a more advanced lifter and has been training for a long time. There are a few variables, based on science, worth knowing. John also highlights the benefits of applying science data to your daily program.
