"It's sort of like us living on Zoom these days. If the connection is good, we can do a lot of things, but if that connection breaks down, it's just chaos and distracting as can be. That's what presence [addresses]. Just get out of the way of yourself and let your body do what it's designed to do. For me, that's where we have to be with the mind-body connection when playing our instrument."
