Amanda Russo shares her story on how she found her spiritual path in life. She explains how fitness, a technique called breathwork and a close call with death (life-based Near Death Experience) brought her to a better place in her life.
She also talks about her experience using ayahuasca and other plant medicines in order to get a better understanding of her spiritual journey.
