Simon Rinne is a social worker from South Australia who went through an awakening in his life after dealing with a life long battle with OCD and mental health related issues. We talk about the difficulties boys and men face when it comes to emotions, feelings and working through our own life challenges.
We also touch base on how Simon found himself with a drinking problem at the age of 40 and what he has done now to stop the drinking and better his life.
Simon now runs "Mindful Men" where he has a therapeutic practice and helps men find their way through the battles of mental health. You can find more info at:
