In the 114th episode of the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet podcast, I chat with CrossFit Games Champion and BJJ Brown Belt Jason Khalipa.

Jason has been a professional athlete for well over a decade since he won the CrossFit Games in 2008. Since then, he has established a successful career as an entrepreneur, a content creator, and an author. He is a family man who values how Jiu-Jitsu helps his life off the mats.

In this episode, Jason and I talk about the benefits of training in Jiu-Jitsu and we also do a deep dive on strength training for martial artists.

Jason shares some wisdom earned from many years of experience about how Jiu-Jitsu athletes should program their workouts - especially if they're over the age of 30.
