On the 79th episode of the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet show, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ty Horn - a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and a former D1 football player.

Ty shares how training in combat sports has improved his mental health and changed his life off the mats.

We also discuss what it's like to train at New Wave - the team headed by Coach John Danaher. Ty has been getting invited to train with this elite squad of grapplers and we get to hear about what that experience has been like for him.

Ty also shares about how football and Jiu-Jitsu are similar yet different arts.

A mobility master, Ty breaks down some of the ways he stays nimble for combat sports training.
