Dr. Jeff Sankoff is the TriDoc, an emergency physician, husband and father in Denver, CO. Jeff has always tried to give back to the sport that gave him so much. First as a contributor to Triathlete, Inside Triathlon and Beginner Triathlete magazines and websites; later starting the TriDoc podcast and as a USAT and Ironman certified coach. Having raced all over the world at all distances, he has the experience to share with both newcomers and experienced athletes and the wisdom to help guide them through their own triathlon journey. He feels that anyone can find success in multisport and that triathlon has been the key to keeping him youthful and loving life.
