In a culture that prizes working to the bone and checking your personal life at the door, it can be difficult to make space for the natural human emotions that arise as a product of grief and stress. Dr. Irene Cop has experienced extreme burnout firsthand and now helps other purpose-driven professionals manage high-intensity situations through her Stress to Success S.H.I.F.T. Institute.
