While Parkinson's disease is a difficult diagnosis, there is still plenty of life to be lived for patient's and their caregivers. Wanda Jackson, the outpatient care coordinator at SMH, shares some of the many resources available in the Sarasota community, and discusses why helping these patients is so personal to her.
