Our ability to feel the heavenly energy of peace and light is critical to thwarting our darkened world.
· Dr. Richard Schwartz created terminology for a specific set of steps that if we understand and follow them, the process can lead us to a greater capacity to love and be loved.
· Terminology is defined – exiles, managers, firefighters, burdens, and spiritual self.
· The beginning of the healing process is to identify and separate our different parts from our Spiritual Self so that we can free ourselves from the burdens we’ve been carrying.
· A story of an imaginary person at 5, 12, and 17 years of age is given to represent avoidant attachment
· Viewers are invited to take steps to increase their ability to create healthier relationships.
