During the 67 days of the challenge, you'll implement the B.O.S.S. Method to sustainable weight loss and will:

  • Overcome Obstacles
  • Strengthen Your Mind

  • Find out what it takes to be consistent and disciplined so you can hit your weight loss goal
  • Know exactly what steps to take for the next 6 months so you can go into 2024 #winning!
  • Dump the diets and the confusing advice and learn a simple way to eat anything and lose weight
  • Have more confidence and feel good about yourself again
  • Strengthen your mind to combat obstacles and challenges that come up
  • Benefit from the accountability, support, and encouragement of a coach and a community that gets you and knows how to keep you going!
