In this week's episode, Michelle and Marissa get unexpectedly deep about the choices they have made in regards to working and raising their boys. Marissa has been at home full-time for most of her son's life, and talks about how it changed her identity and how it has changed as he is getting older. Michelle talks about how being away from her son so much means that she doesn't get as much control as she might want with how he is being raised. We hope this is relatable for all moms out there.
