The Virago Project was invited to speak at a mental health webinar where Brandon Marshall shared his mental health journey. We are hoping that hearing an NFL player talk about his difficulty coping with his mental health will help you feel comfortable validating your own struggles and getting help. After Brandon shares his story, Hannah Lee (LRT Sports), Taylor Treacy (CEO of The Virago Project) and Leeann Passaro (CFO of The Hidden Opponent) share their stories and tips on how to handle your mental health as a student-athlete.
