Your philosophy is a system of beliefs that influences someone's decisions and behaviour. Think of it as your personal mission statement of core value.
Your approach is a a belief or attitude that someone uses for dealing with life in general.
And Methodology is the methods and principles used for doing a particular kind of work.
Without having guiding principles or core values, it's hard to know what choices to make in difficult situations. It's important that we stick to our mission statement and remember it always, because how you do one think is how you do everything!
