Amy shares with us the ups and downs of divorce and the good that she can still take from the relationship. We talk about her trip to take a trip with psilocybin and the medicine that it is, that helped her. We laugh, and share love of life and times of the married and the newly single. We skim over the “swiping” to new relationships and about relearning to be with yourself. We talk about the wins and lessons vs wins and losses, loving life “after” and reminding each other why friendship matters.
