You may have noticed the name of the podcast changed. Formerly Get Your Life Back with Dr. Nicole Cain, we are excited to announce Holistic Inner Balance: Natural Mental Health Podcast AND welcoming a cohost, Happy Healthy Hadlee!

Hadlee Garrison, MPH is a dear friend of mine that specializes in Ayurvedic medicine and behavioral science. Her mission is to teach people how to transform their habits, health, bodies, energy, confidence, and all of the other things in order to lead less stressed and more joyful lives. We are lucky she is eager to share that with us!

The heart of this podcast is to teach you how to be your own natural mental health expert. To uncover, discover and come back to your true self.
