Today we have part 2 of the discussion on the differences in men's and women's hormone balance and I'm taking questions directly from my Nourish Your Hormones community. If you missed part 1 on Monday go back and listen to that first!
I brought my husband into the conversation today so he could give a male perspective on health, hormones, and the most simple and effective changes the men in your life can make to start to have more energy, more motivation, and to have better blood sugar balance and health overall.
We talked about the differences in motivation for men and women, the biggest mistakes we both see men making in taking care of their bodies, and give you some action steps to see change in your physical and mental health quickly!
We also went through some of the ways we can complement each other as men and women by understanding each other's hormones just a little bit better.
