On this episode of the GPP, Ger chats with GP Tri Coaching client, Seany Kinsella. Seany grew up in Ballymun, but while other kids he grew up around him playing sports and having fun, Seany struggled at home and in school which led him down a darker road than his peers.
Later in life, after a time spent living on the streets and time spent in and out of juvenile prison, Seany overcame many mental health issues to complete a Degree in health & fitness and in 2020 became an Iron distance triathlete.
