You've probably heard the term "skinny fat." It's a phrase commonly used by individuals who feel unfit and out of shape.

What does it exactly mean?

Usually, it describes a situation where your arms and legs lack muscular definition, and your midsection seems to bear the burden of the extra kilos.

So we thought we would do a show about how we create rapid change and long term transformation.

In this episode, I'm joined by Master Coaches Jaka and Al. Together, we dissect the strategies, techniques, and methods we employ to transform skinny-fat. Topics we cover include:
