Ed mentions “Discipline is critical because it allows you to… 1) See the BIGGER PICTURE, 2) Develop the right skills and talents, 3) Focus on the PROCESS, not the outcome, 4) Be insanely CONSISTENT, 5) and minimize impacts on your output when you’re not motivated.” So much of this reminds us that motivation doesn’t last, which means we have to always work on being disciplined to go in the directions we want to go in life.
