Life’s challenges can seem at times overwhelming. The shock of a trauma, an accident or war experience can reset our nervous system and cause Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It can disrupt sleep and severely impact mental and physical health. Rather than suffering in silence, it’s best to seek help from those that have the knowledge and who have walked this path before with success.
My special guest today is Tim Thomas, author of the book ‘Fight, Flight, Feel’. He is an ex Special Forces Commando who has created some of Australia’s most successful veteran mental health recovery programs, which saved 40 veteran lives from suicide within a 12 month period.
