My guest today is Lisa Norman. I am passionate about spreading goodness in the world through my children's books on HOPE, LOVE, RESPECT, JOY, GRIEF, and GRATITUDE. Today's world is difficult for kids and they need a strong foundation of values to prepare them for the future. Social media has brought on a societal shift so we as parents and educators need to spend time (one of the greatest gifts you can give) with children in order to give them strong roots from which they can grow. Face to face conversation is the catalyst for change. I would like to talk about how various aspects of my life (childhood, life as an exchange student in Argentina and Spain, career as a physician, and motherhood) have been a collective inspiration for my books. Every person on the planet is unique and has special gifts to share with the world. We all need to support each other and work together...which starts with RESPECT.
