I get asked a lot “what proof do we have that ingredients in our personal care and cleaning products, air, water, food, and homes matter?”
Sometimes the question is out of curiosity and sometimes as a passive aggressive rhetorical question because they’re just waiting to debunk whatever I have to say. Often, it’s women asking me so they can arm themselves for yet another argument with their partner.
So in this episode, I break down this search for proof, and why it’s messing with our ability to make real and impactful changes in our lives.
