We talk wetting ourselves, being tired, changes in periods and more. Nidhi is truly wonderful and is so passionate about women's health. This is a 6 week course that teaches women ways in which we can mitigate some of the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause through exercise and mindfulness practices.
