If you’ve listened to this podcast for a while, I’m certain you’ll know that I love journaling. It's been such a part of my life. And when my friend and 20m+ download podcaster and multi-best-selling author Melissa Ambrosini reached out to me, sharing that she wanted to create a guided journal for new Mama’s and asking if I could help her, I said, of course, yes.

Not just to help her, but to collaborate, and that's what we’ve done. And in this episode, Melissa is back to talk about how the journal she has created has been so helpful to her, not just as a new mum, but as a rounded human being.
