Alcohol… when you hear that word what comes to mind for you? For some of you it might be a funny happy memory, for others it could be anxiety and embarrassment, and for others it can be anger and toxicity. Kayla Lyons joins Shannon in today’s interview to share her story of her journey to sobriety. Kayla helps to destigmatize the common misconceptions when it comes to alcohol dependencies. What was once very black and white, is not the case anymore. Regardless of your journey with alcohol, it is important to find a healthy relationship with alcohol to help support you in your life whether that’s having it in your life or not at all.
